Camping Site Review: Cotter Campground, ACT
Cotter Campground is located on the outskirts of Canberra. It is a large campground with seperate areas designated for different types of camping, i.e caravans, tents etc.
It is a grassy area, with plenty of shade. The open area gives plenty room for the kids to run amuck. There are also fire rings available, however you will need to bring your own firewood.
There is a river/creek located nearby for fishing and swimming.
Cost: $12 Per Night (Children under 15 are FREE)
Pets: Not Allowed
Toilets and Showers: Fluching toilets and hot showers
BBQ and Picnic: Gas/Electric BBQ's and Picnic Tables Available
Fishing: There are fishing spots near the campground
Swimming: There is a nearby River/Creek
Horse Riding: No
